JATS auto transfer will contact you 1 day prior to scheduled pick up/delivery date, to confirm address and suggest loading/unloading time window. Driver will contact you 1 hour prior to arrival as well

At the time of pick up, driver will inspect the vehicle for pre-existing damages by completing a vehicle inspection report recorded on Bill of Lading. Driver and you will both acknowledge the condition of the vehicle, and you will receive a copy of Bill of Lading.This same inspection form will be presented upon delivery so that you can re-inspect the vehicle
